Jill Glasenapp

Jill grew up on a farm in Wisconsin, where wrestling was the family sport. After years of being a practice dummy for her brothers, she started a successful wrestling career that continued through high school. Straight out of high school, Jill joined the U.S. Army where she served as a Military Police Officer for 13 years, including a deployment to Iraq and another to Afghanistan. In 2010, while in Afghanistan, she fell in love with CrossFit and has been doing it ever since. Jill got her L1 and her ACE PT certification in 2013, shortly after leaving the Army and deciding to pursue a fitness career. Jill loves coaching and watching athletes push to levels they never thought possible. She works hard to keep up with her husband and her two awesome pups.

Vince Bertucci


Vince grew up playing sports football, wrestling, and baseball. Wrestling, and cross country stuck with him through high school, and wrestling carried over into college. He wrestled for 5 years at the University of Central Missouri where he was a 4 year varsity letter winner, 3 year all region, and one time Division 2 National Qualifier. Vince found CrossFit several years after college in 2011 and haven't looked back since. Vince is a 6 time Reebok CrossFit Open Qualifier, he currently works a full time job, and trains and coaches as much as he can. He has a degree in Sports Pedagogy and he hopes to one day be your favorite coach. He has a huge passion for helping people and seeing them reach their short term, and long term goals.

Tiffany Wilkerson

Head Coach

Tiffany grew up in the mountains of Northwest Montana and spent her days hunting, camping, playing softball and travelling with her competitive jump rope team (she swears it's a real thing). She went to college in Wisconsin where she not only earned her BS in Integrative and Medical Biology but also earned Conference Player of the Year in softball and a school record and Conference Championship in the 4x400 relay in track and field. In 2008 she was so bored of the classic treadmill run + weight room routine and went searching for her next fitness endeavor, she found CrossFit and never looked back. She believes anyone can do CrossFit and that the consistent CrossFitter will reach levels of fitness they didn't think were possible. She is as excited to teach you how to air squat as she is to teach you how to muscle up. Tiffany spends her time wrestling her two boys, watching too much MMA with her husband and geeking out on bio-hacking.

Meredith De La Mare

Nutrition Coach/Coach

Meredith was raised in northwestern Colorado. She played sports all through school. Basketball, Volleyball, Track, and Softball. She continued to play softball in college. She went to school to be a dental hygienist and moved to Missouri after she graduated. She got her yoga teaching certification in 2006 and did personal training and taught spin and body pump classes at the YMCA. She started running in 2008 has ran numerous half marathons and one full marathon. She found CrossFit in 2013. She started coaching in 2016 and at the same time started working with athletes and their nutrition. She has found a passion and fulfillment in coaching. She loves helping athletes reach their goals and see their lives change for the better.

Kelsey Lerner


Kelsey was born and raised in Kansas (Rock Chalk Jayhawk) and played soccer at Washburn University. She then traveled North to Nebraska in 2012 (Go Big Red) where she got her Masters in Sports Administration and worked as an Athletic Trainer. One of Kelsey's best friends had been doing CrossFit since they finished college and had been trying to get her to try it out. After years of reluctance, in 2015 she finally gave in and went to a tiny box in the middle-of-nowhere Hastings, Nebraska. This ended up being the best decision of her life. Kelsey has been doing CrossFit ever since and met her now fiance and forever training partner that day. They moved to Kansas City in 2016 and joined Cobra Command within a week. Kelsey spends her days getting fit, hanging out with her best friend, her 95# lap dog, Kota and is an active member of the gang Dawn Patrol. She has a passion for CrossFit and everything it embodies: fitness, nutrition and community. She loves encouraging others to live a healthy, active lifestyle and believes CrossFit is an awesome way to develop functional fitness no matter your goals or age.

Lauren Fultz

Client Success Manager

Lauren grew up in Northern Virginia, right outside Washington, DC. She graduated from James Madison University with a BA from the School of Media Arts and Design with a Concentration in Interactive Media in 2008. After graduation, Lauren worked for 4 years in an IT Federal Contractor Marketing Department and then moved to Fort Stewart, Georgia with her fiance and worked in a Construction Company Marketing Department for another few years. As a military spouse, Lauren, knows the importance of a solid gym community and it's a necessity to find when the Army comes calling to move every few years. You know your gym was special when you want to pick it up and move it with you. She found functional fitness at Fort Irwin, CA and then Cobra Command CrossFit in June 2019. Lauren's mindset is that a friendly face and positive outlook goes a long way after a tough workout. She keeps her finger on the pulse at C3 and is a bridge between Staff and Members. Her goal is that every day each member of C3 knows they are appreciated and a special part of the Cobra Command Family. Lauren is a wife to Nicholas, mother to Harper, and dog mom to Barley and Chessie two labrador retriever rescues.
