Cobra Command Crossfit Coach

Tiffany Wilkerson

CF-L2
Head Coach

Tiffany grew up in the mountains of Northwest Montana and spent her days hunting, camping, playing softball and travelling with her competitive jump rope team (she swears it's a real thing). She went to college in Wisconsin where she not only earned her BS in Integrative and Medical Biology but also earned Conference Player of the Year in softball and a school record and Conference Championship in the 4x400 relay in track and field. In 2008 she was so bored of the classic treadmill run + weight room routine and went searching for her next fitness endeavor, she found CrossFit and never looked back. She believes anyone can do CrossFit and that the consistent CrossFitter will reach levels of fitness they didn't think were possible. She is as excited to teach you how to air squat as she is to teach you how to muscle up. Tiffany spends her time wrestling her two boys, watching too much MMA with her husband and geeking out on bio-hacking.

After years of reluctance, in 2015 she finally gave in and went to a tiny box in the middle-of-nowhere Hastings, Nebraska. This ended up being the best decision of her life. Kelsey has been doing CrossFit ever since and met her now fiance and forever training partner that day. They moved to Kansas City in 2016 and joined Cobra Command within a week. Kelsey spends her days getting fit, hanging out with her best friend, her 95# lap dog, Kota and is an active member of the gang Dawn Patrol. Cobra Command Crossfit Coach

Cassy Ray

CF-L2
ATA Adaptive & Inclusive Trainer

Coach Cassy was born and raised in Southeast Kansas and earned her undergrad degree from Pittsburg State University. She married her husband Dean who was in Army ROTC at the time and has spent the past nearly 20 years moving to where his Army duty calls. She was an active kid playing all the sports, but as life goes, once she had children, health and wellness took a back burner. After having her younger daughter, she knew she had to find something that would help her feel better again. It is easy to lose yourself in moving, caring for kids and life in general. In comes CrossFit, when Cassy first found CrossFit, she knew it was exactly what she needed and quickly researched how to become a trainer. A simple way to explain it is to answer this, what is your why?

My why is rooted in a place of learning who I am and what I am capable of and helping others learn who they are and what they are capable of. I am many things, I am a mother, I am a wife, I am educated, I am a great cook, I have a great green thumb for flowers.... but I never felt like I knew who I was. When I found CrossFit, I just knew. I took to it, I felt better than I had (maybe ever), I could do things I never knew possible and I had to learn to teach other women (and everyone else too), that they can feel good, they can find confidence and they can find strength (that carries outside of the gym). "Few things light my soul on fire like coaching does." A quote I scrolled past on Insta while back. It resonates for me; coaching is what I was meant to do. I can be in a ridiculous terrible mood, and walk into a room full of athletes and friendly faces and poof, that mood is gone. Coaching and helping others is what I was meant to do.

Coach Sadie

Sadie Ray

CF-L1

I started CrossFit when I was 12, as my family has always been highly involved with it as well. At a young age, it hugely developed a sense of confidence and CrossFit is an amazing way for other to come together.

I earned my CF-L1 in order to focus on coaching kids classes, and wouldn't trade it for anything. In addition, I will be studying physical education at Pittsburg State University to earn my teaching degree for coaching & physical education.
