At Cobra Command CrossFit, we strive to provide a friendly, supportive, and uplifting environment for all clients. Whether you are a young gym-goer or a busy mom trying to stay in shape and maintain a healthy weight, CrossFit has something to offer you.Each class is based on functional and appropriate movements that are constantly varied at high intensity. Each movement can be tweaked to better fit your needs, preferences, and goals.

Our program begins with every member in our Fundamentals. 

In Fundamentals, at Cobra Command CrossFit each member goes through 6 individual one-on-one personal training courses, learning proper technique and form for the movements used in daily classes. Also included is an introduction into our Nutrition program, which includes a weekly meal plan, coaching, weekly weight and body measurements, and educational coaching for that month. The final thing included is a membership for group classes for the entirety of that month after the Fundamentals is completed. 

At Cobra Command CrossFit, your goals are our goals. We want to see all of our clients become successful inside and out of the gym. Before you know it, you will see your confidence levels sky-rocket while your stress levels plummet.
