CrossFit
Our CrossFit Group Class is a 60-minute, coach-led session that blends strength training, conditioning, and skill work in a fun, challenging, and supportive environment. Every workout is scalable to your fitness level, so whether you’re brand new or a seasoned athlete, you’ll get exactly what you need to grow stronger, move better.
Hyrox/Cardio
Our HYROX/Cardio Class is a fast-paced, 60-minute coach-led session focused on building endurance, stamina, and mental grit. Combining functional movements, machines like ski ergs, rowers, and bikes, plus bodyweight and weighted exercises, this class is perfect for those who love to sweat and want to push their cardio capacity.
Semi-Private Training
Our Semi-Private Training sessions offer the perfect balance of personalized coaching and community support. With a max of 6 members per session, you’ll get custom-written programming tailored to your goals, expert guidance from a dedicated coach, and the accountability you need to stay consistent.
Kids CrossFit
Our Kids CrossFit class is a fun, high-energy fitness program designed for children ages 4-8. In a safe and supportive environment, kids learn foundational CrossFit movements, build coordination, and develop teamwork through age-appropriate workouts and games.
Teens CrossFit
Our Teens CrossFit class is built to help youth ages 9-14 develop strength, confidence, and athleticism in a fun, supportive environment. Each 60-minute session includes functional fitness, skill development, and conditioning tailored to growing bodies-whether they’re brand new to training or looking to boost sports performance.
Open Gym
Open Gym at Cobra Command is your chance to train on your own terms. Available Saturdays from 8:00-9:30 AM and Sundays from 9:00-11:00 AM, this time is perfect for making up missed workouts, practicing skills, or following a personal program.
