From NOW until November 1st, all former members… no matter how long it’s been… are invited to jump back in with zero hassle, zero pressure, and 100% support.

Since you last trained at Cobra, we’ve made massive upgrades to how we support our members.

This isn’t just about “getting back into shape.” This is about building a system that works for busy people with real lives and real goals.

Hybrid Memberships (Personal Training + Group Classes)

Every membership now includes hybrid training: a combination of group classes and individualized personal training sessions.

That means more attention, more progress, and fewer plateaus.

Your coach knows your goals, your injuries, your schedule, and your strengths. And we use your personal sessions to help you:

  • Learn movements or skills you want to master
  • Modify workouts to your body and goals
  • Stay accountable when life gets hectic

No cookie-cutter training. Just a plan that’s built for you.


Quarterly Goal Reviews & InBody Scans

Every member meets with a coach once a quarter to revisit goals, check progress, and reset focus.

You’ll also get an InBody scan, a cutting-edge tool that tracks your muscle mass, body fat, and overall composition so we can get real about progress—beyond just the scale.

Whether your goal is weight loss, muscle gain, or just feeling better in your body, these check-ins keep you on track and moving forward.
