CrossFit L2 Trainer
Jill grew up on a farm in Wisconsin, where wrestling was the family sport. After years of being a practice dummy for her brothers, she started a successful wrestling career that continued through high school. Straight out of high school, Jill joined the U.S. Army, where she served as a Military Police Officer for 13 years, including a deployment to Iraq and another to Afghanistan. In 2010, while in Afghanistan, she fell in love with CrossFit and has been doing it ever since. Jill got her L1 and her ACE PT certification in 2013, shortly after leaving the Army and deciding to pursue a fitness career. Jill loves coaching CrossFit and watching athletes push to levels they never thought possible. She works hard to keep up with her husband and together they plan to start a CrossFit box in the future.
