Cobra Kids Fitness Classes!

Cobra Kids is designed for children ages 5-14,  teaching proper functional movements, while developing, maintaining, and expanding physical literacy. 


Structured classes consist of a warm up, followed by a specific skill development – weightlifting (pvc pipes will be used to simulate barbells), gymnastics, and/or cardiovascular endurance. 


Finally, class will be finished off with a workout, using the skills learned that day.


Our overall goal is lifelong health, proper functional movement, and general well being.


Classes Schedule:


Tuesday and Thursday:

5:00 – 6:00 PM:  10-14 Y/O


Thursday:

5:00 - 6:00PM: 5-9 Y/O
