Summer is just around the corner, and that means it’s time to level up your athlete’s game. At Cobra Command, we’re proud to offer two specialized summer camps designed to help youth athletes build confidence, develop skills, and have a blast in a high-energy, supportive environment.

Speed & Agility Camp (July 21–24 | 9 AM–12 PM)
For athletes ages 10–18

Led by Coach Tiffany and Coach Jarrad, both former collegiate track athletes, this camp is packed with expert coaching in explosive movement, vertical jump training, lateral agility, and top-end speed. Your athlete will work on developing coordination, reaction time, and conditioning to boost performance in any sport.
Coach Tiffany and Coach Jarrad bring years of experience in competitive athletics and have coached countless athletes in improving sprint mechanics, footwork, and overall athleticism.

Strength & Power Camp (June 17–20 | 10 AM–12 PM)
For athletes ages 10–18

If your athlete wants to build strength, power, and confidence in the weight room, this is the camp to attend. Led by Coach Tiffany and Coach Jill , this four-day camp focuses on proper lifting technique, mobility, bracing, and mindset to help athletes get strong and stay safe.
Coach Tiffany and Coach Jill have trained athletes at every level—from youth sports to State Champs to National Champs. Coach Jill has even coached pro-level CrossFit Games athletes. With their leadership and dynamic coaching backgrounds, your athlete will be in the best hands.
Camp Highlights:
- Coaching in squats, deadlifts, cleans, and bench press
- Core & mobility development for lifting safety
- Strength-building accessory work
- Individualized technique feedback
