If you’re a parent of a young athlete, you’ve probably seen it happen:

That’s exactly why we created the Speed & Agility Camp, happening this July 21–24 from 10AM to 12PM at Cobra Command CrossFit.

Built specifically for athletes ages 10–18, this 4-day intensive camp is all about improving the most game-changing skills in sports:
speed, agility, vertical jump, and core strength.

What Athletes Will Learn

Speed Mechanics & Acceleration
From the first step to top-end speed, we’ll teach athletes how to run more efficiently and explode off the line.

Agility & Change of Direction
Athletes will improve their lateral movement, footwork, and ability to react fast with confidence—giving them a competitive edge.

Vertical Power Development
We’ll work drills and strength work that directly improves jump height, landing mechanics, and force output.

Core Strength & Bracing
Speed and agility start at the core. Each session will include training for stability, control, and injury prevention.

Sports Nutrition for Fuel & Recovery
We’ll also cover nutrition basics to help young athletes learn how to fuel for performance and recover stronger.
