A Legends Track integrated into our daily programming.
This allows our members 50+ to feel fully part of our community—not separated, not sidelined—while still receiving the coaching, modifications, and support they need to train safely and effectively.
Here’s how it works:
- Everyone starts with our Fundamentals program, a guided on-ramp that teaches you the movements, builds confidence, and meets you exactly where you are.
- From there, you join our regular group classes—but with a Legends Track built right into the daily workout.
- That means your coach will offer customized movement options, adjusted loading, and specific cues to support your strength, joint health, and mobility goals.
You get to train alongside the rest of the Cobra Command crew—with workouts adapted just for you.
