Plus, each session is led by Coach Jill Glasenapp, a CrossFit Level 3 trainer with over 24 years of experience coaching athletes of all fitness levels. Jill specializes in crafting workouts for your specific goals—whether it’s building muscle, improving endurance, or working around injuries and limitations. This level of customization ensures that you’ll see real, sustainable results.


What to Expect:

  • Personalized Workouts: Each workout is written specifically for you, ensuring that your unique needs are addressed. Whether you’re looking to tone up, build muscle, or improve endurance, Jill’s expertise guarantees a program that’s just right for you. Have a specific goal in mind? We’ll help you achieve it!
  • Small Groups, Big Results: Semi-Private training sessions are capped at six participants, so you’ll receive individual attention while benefiting from the energy and accountability of a group setting.
  • Flexible Scheduling: Once you’re signed up, you can attend ANY Semi-Private session throughout the week, with no restrictions! Current times include:
    • Mon & Wed at 6:15 PM
    • Tues & Thurs at 7 AM
    • Mon-Thurs at 12 PM

  • Lunch Ladies Group: Our Lunch Ladies class is a fantastic option for women aged 30 and over who are looking for a fun, moderate-intensity workout in a supportive environment. This women-only group meets Monday through Thursday at 12 PM and is perfect for stay-at-home moms, remote workers, and retirees. The focus is on building muscle, burning fat, and improving skeletal strength—without the intimidation factor!
  • Membership Flexibility: Memberships are tailored to your needs, with options ranging from 1 to 3 sessions a week. You can use Semi-Private as your main membership or pair it with other classes at Cobra Command. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to take your fitness to the next level, we’ve got you covered. Sessions are designed to fit your life, whether you commit for 4-6 weeks or want to make this YOUR long-term program.
