Beginning a fitness journey can feel overwhelming, but at Cobra Command CrossFit, we’ve designed a New Client Journey to make your introduction smooth, supportive, and rewarding. This journey is about creating a strong foundation for success, empowering you with tools and guidance to keep you motivated.
Step 1: No Sweat Intro
Your journey starts with a No Sweat Intro, where we discuss your goals, experience, and fitness preferences. Together, we’ll determine the best membership and onboarding option for you. With choices like our Fundamentals program, the Personal Orientation Program (POP), or direct entry into large group classes with personalized support, you’re set up with a plan designed around your needs.
Step 2: Assigned Coach for Onboarding
From there, you’ll be paired with a dedicated coach who will guide you through your onboarding experience. This coach will join you for your first class, help you navigate our app, and answer any questions. At the end of onboarding, we celebrate your mini “graduation” by welcoming you into our Members Only Facebook Page, introducing you to the broader community!
Step 3: Choosing the Right Membership & Setting Goals
After onboarding, we’ll work together to find the best ongoing membership—whether it’s large group, semi-private, or personal training. We’ll also schedule a 90-day goal review to keep you on track with your fitness milestones.
Step 4: Supportive Check-Ins
Throughout your first 90 days, we’ll check in with you at the 30, 60, and 90-day marks. Our team and coaches keep an eye out for you, both in sessions and classes, to make sure you’re feeling supported and progressing smoothly.
Step 5: Celebrating Every Milestone
Celebrating each milestone is key to long-term motivation, and we love helping you recognize every accomplishment. After 25 classes, you’ll receive a C3 Mug. At 100 classes, you’ll get a Personal Jump Rope by Rogues Fitness. At 250 classes, it’s a Custom Shaker Bottle, 500 classes a C3 Custom Yeti Bottle, and at 750 classes, a personalized gym bag… and even more not mentioned. Each of these rewards marks a significant step forward in your journey.
Step 6: Long-Term Recognition and Rewards
Even beyond the early milestones, we’re here to celebrate your progress. Our Wall of Fame highlights long-term members, and we acknowledge achievements with handwritten notes, social media shout-outs, and even surprise gifts. It’s all part of our commitment to making sure every step of your journey is valued.
